What is the minimum order required?
One case minimum required for all prepacked shoes. Each case is 12 pairs unless otherwise noted in the product description. Namebrands' minimum wholesale orders are also one case per style and color (With some namebrands, customers can choose from available sizes and widths --Product descriptions will have details if this option is available)
Can I buy ONE pair of shoes?
No. We are a wholesale company and DO NOT sell single pairs of prepacked shoes. All our imported cases are pre-packed with ONE STYLE & ONE COLOR in a range of different sizes indicated under the shoe picture. The number of pairs per case is usually 12, 18 or 24 pairs (unless noted otherwise in the style details). Some brands can be sold in mixed quanties of different styles, colors and sizes (as long as they are in multiples of 12 pairs) These brands will have this option noted in the product description if it is available.
Can we mix colors and styles?
Not with pre-packed shoes, we sell the cases as they come pre-packed from our factories. However, you can mix sizes and widths with some namebrands as long as it is the same style and at least 1 case.
Can I choose the sizes that come in each case?
Not with pre-packed shoes, you can pick from the different size ranges available but you can't specify how many of each size you want. The sizes are mixed by the factory and ALL our cases in the same size run will be mixed the same way. With some namebrands, you can choose the sizes and widths you want to have in each case.
Does your wholesale price include shipping?
No, shipping will be paid by the buyer and varies depending on the frieght carrier (UPS...) and the shipment size. For larger orders (20 plus cases) please contact us directly by email: support@LEwholesale.com or phone at (919)931-8000 for a frieght quote which may be lower than normal UPS shipping rates.
How much will the shipping cost be?
Shipping will depend of weight, amount of cases and destination. We prefer to quote shipping based on all information after we know what exactly is being shipped so that we are not giving you an inaccurate price.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we do. As long as there are no Government Regulations that deny access to Chinese manufactured products. For Caribbean , Central and South America we recommend our customers use a company that works specifically with their countries. For Africa and the Middle East, please call us for more details.
How long does it take to get the order?
Once you complete your payment shipping will depend on your location. Usually between 2 to 4 business days for USA, and up to 7 for foreign orders.
Do I need a License to buy from your company?
If you are business we require a copy of your Tax I.D.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, we do. As long as you make direct payment either by Wire Transfer or Bank Deposit.
Do you accept COD ?
We only accept COD from established customers. All first time buyers have to prepay. Minimum order of 10 cases required for COD as we ship CODs by pallet loads only.
Do you accept Pay pal?
Not at this time.
Can I pay with Credit or Debit Card?
Yes, we accept VISA, Master Card and Discover only for USA and Puerto Rico customers. However, you most provide us with copies of your credit card and document I.D. For foreign orders we only accept wire transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
What are your policies for returns?
We only accept return or exchange for manufacturer damage.
How can I find things on your website?
We have our merchandise divided into catagories (catalogs) on the left side of our home page. Just click a catalog to preview the styles we have available in that catalog. Pictures in the cataolg can also be enlarged. You can also use the search box feature "Quick Find" on the right side of our home page. Just enter the information you are searching for then press ENTER on your keyboard. You can enetr a style number, a color, a size run or a combination of any of these.
How can I find new styles that just arrived?
The "What's New" section on the left side of the home page will have all new styles listed there.
